If there is any contradiction between these terms and any previous written agreement between us, the former will prevail over the latter.

We will not settle any dispute or claim together.

All disputes will be subject to the provisions of the Disputes Resolution Policy in the Disputes Policy.

The Disputes Policy provides information on how you can use the dispute resolution procedure. If you do not agree with the provisions of the Disputes Policy, you must contact the Disputes Policy administrator by emailing [email protected]

If you are a consumer, you are responsible for your own legal costs. Please contact your lawyer or the Disputes Policy administrator for further information.

The parties agree on the application of the law of your country.

The Disputes Policy does not apply to disputes between you and us arising out of or in connection with the Services or any other matter.
